Apply the knee support to the desired area of the skin and fasten. The skin will gradually begin to warm up within 30 minutes, a slight tingling sensation will appear. It is recommended to use the product twice a day for 1 hour. 

If you touch the surface of the product, you should not feel the heat. However, strong warming and tingling will be felt on the skin where the product has been applied. After removal the heat will remain. 

Warnings:

1. The product should not be used by people with a high body temperature, a tendency to bleed, a violation of temperature sensitivity. 

2. In case of severe damage to soft tissues, the product can only be used after 24 hours.

3. The product should not be used by patients with a pacemaker, hearing aid or by children and pregnant women.

4. Spotting, local redness or burning are normal side effects. After removing the product from the skin, these symptoms will disappear. People with allergies are advised to consult a doctor before use.

5. Wipe gently with a towel – do not submerge in water. Avoid detergents and bleach when washing.

6. Wash hand with warm water after use. Keep away from eyes and other sensitive areas.
