Professional trainings on personal growth and teamwork took place in Gütersloh DE05 (July 12-13) and Homburg DE07 (July 19-20). 

In each representative office teams start to develop and people, after receiving excellent health-results, try to work more on themselves and improve themselves day by day. The training was designed to teach people how to run away from everyday routine, try to think about the vital moments that we constantly face: the need for mutual understanding, interaction, ability to adapt to unforeseen circumstances, quick response, self-analysis, awareness of responsibility and more. All teams showed unique results and discovered new ways of communication and proactive interaction.

Special thanks go to our regional representatives: Ivan and Irina Gerber (DE05), as well as Oxana Wornart (DE07) for their help in organizing the training, a positive attitude and good team-partners.
