Continuing to work on uniting the HAPPINESS administration team, in order to provide new opportunities for interaction, communication, training and improving the level of service provided, the company organised a team building event for the 2nd group of the company’s administration on Hainan in Sanya in August, 2019.

From August 17 to 21, a set of events for the second group was successfully completed under the leadership of the Company`s President Mr. Zhou Wenqing, Vice-President Mr. Duan Hongwei, as well as other company leaders.

The administration team of 19 people completed a 3-day training, in which there were many opportunities to overcome yourself, train the ability to work in a team and clearly transmit information within the team.

A trip to Hainan was not just entertainment and relaxation, it was a full-fledged training for administration: team games, rafting, climbing, a trip to Wuzhishan Mountain (one of the most beautiful sights of Hainan Island) and completing the quest in this picturesque place, visiting the Glass bridge.

Despite physical fatigue, all team members received lots of positive emotions, got to know each other better and learned to understand without words, and also trust and act together in order to achieve a common goal!

Each of us got a lot of benefit from this training and we are ready to start working with renewed vigor so that each partner of the company feels a sense of warmth from members of our friendly Happiness family.
